Ingredients
- 100ml XO Espresso Vodka
- 15ml Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
- Garnish: 3 coffee beans
Preparation
- Chill Glass: Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Add vodka, coffee liqueur, syrup, and fresh espresso to a shaker.
- Shake Hard: Fill the shaker with ice and shake very hard for 15–30 seconds to create maximum foam.
- Strain & Serve: Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
Pro Tip
For a professional result with a rich, thick, creamy foam — add ½ an egg white or a tiny pinch of salt to the shaker before shaking.
