Refund policy

If a product you have purchased from Orrsum Spirits is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money or exchange an item when possible.

For some high value products, Orrsum Spirits reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to discussing a suitable remedy with you. 

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Webstore

XO Vodka and Orrsum Spirits sells products through its online store (the “Webstore”). You agree to only use valid, legally authorized, contact and payment information in accordance with applicable law. XO Vodka and Orrsum Spirits has the right to change the products sold on the Webstore and prices of those products without notice. If a product is purchased which is determined in XO Vodka and Orrsum Spirits sole discretion to be undeliverable for any reason, including being out of stock, XO Vodka and Orrsum Spirits may cancel the transaction without notice.
