Classic Espresso Martini

Our XO Espresso Vodka is distilled from 100% Australian fruit and grain, blended with rich Arabica coffee — making it the perfect base for a velvety, professional-quality Espresso Martini.

Ingredients

  • 100ml XO Espresso Vodka
  • 15ml Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Garnish: 3 coffee beans

Preparation

  1. Chill Glass: Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add vodka, coffee liqueur, syrup, and fresh espresso to a shaker.
  3. Shake Hard: Fill the shaker with ice and shake very hard for 15–30 seconds to create maximum foam.
  4. Strain & Serve: Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Pro Tip

For a professional result with a rich, thick, creamy foam — add ½ an egg white or a tiny pinch of salt to the shaker before shaking.
