Terms of service

As our business only operates online will still seek to ensure that we meet the same community expectations and legal responsibilities as a bricks and mortar business is governed by.  As such these are the operational principles we follow:

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol for, anyone under 18

We support the principles of the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), we always have a duty of care when selling, supplying or provisioning alcohol via internet. Additionally, if you are not of legal drinking age according to your local laws, you must exit this Site immediately.

We will serve customers in a responsible, friendly and professional manner in accordance with both Australian and NSW Government Liquor Laws: Liquor Act 2007.  

Any attempt to purchase or provision liquor by or for a minor and or a drunk or intoxicated person will be recorded in our Incident Register.   We support Harm Minimization associated with alcohol abuse and will encourage responsible attitudes towards the sale and consumption of alcohol.  We will discourage people from harming themselves or others. We will not permit drunkenness, fighting, abusive language or threat of physical contact directed at customers or staff in person or via internet, telephone, facsimile or mail.   

We discourage patrons from drinking and driving Failure to observe any of the above principles may lead to refusal of service. Failure to leave licenses premises when requested to do so may incur a fine.
