XO Single Malt Vodka

Our Pure Australian Single Malt Vodka is made from 100% Premium Australian Malted Barley and fresh Tasmanian mountain water.  Only, all-natural, Australian ingredients can deliver such a premium quality vodka with a sharp, pure, clean taste at 41.9%ABV.

Over the last three hundred years, the world’s best spirits have been crafted at a single distillery using only malted barley. Continuing this tradition, we select only premium quality Tasmanian malted barley that’s distilled specifically to deliver light fruity notes and carry through the inherent character of grain. 

Tasting notes. Aromas of sweet lemon and lime zest. Fragrant notes of honeysuckle come to the fore, slowly transforming into hints of ripe green apple. The taste of fresh green apples, with sweet floral notes that evolve into tart, citrus zest and smooth mouthfeel. The finish is fresh, sharp with soft lingering sweetness.

Limited Release. Our production is limited to a single batch of just 200 bottles a year. Each batch is meticulously crafted, filled and labelled by hand to ensure the upmost quality. Traditional historical techniques, passion, experience and science are creatively combined to create this Xtra Orrsum Vodka.
